you know its a bad day when you cant get out of bed in the am, cry during pilates because "its hard", something as little as someone flaking makes you cry, and you wont walk to the bus stop because your too tired and hungry.....
i must say this made it much better, even though i could be pushed to tears by anything still, all because of my perception.
